What are the specialty grains?
“These are coffees selected from the choice of the seed, until the process of roasting, grinding and preparation. These are grains that have no defects and that their maturation is uniform. The selection of post-harvest is so careful to get the best result, though without fermentation. The drying of the fruits is done with great care not to change or interfere with the flavor of the finished drink. ”

What are its main features?
They are cafes with little bitterness, sweetness and all the good characteristics (sweetness, acidity and body) appear in the cup. They are cafes that people can take without sugar, the final taste in the mouth is nice and makes you want to repeat.

These grains are only for special occasions?
They can always be taken. The better the quality, this coffee is more appreciated. For special occasions, what I recommend is to harmonize with the accompanying dessert or a cheese. This mixture in the mouth is sensational!

Is there any difference in your preparation?
I recommend using bottled or filtered water, which should not be boiled, but very hot. The coffee filter or used must be clean and exclusive use of coffee.

What is the grain of the world more special?
The rarest are the exotic, like the kopi Luak or guan. But there are some varieties, such as geisha, Panama, which is highly rated.

Special grain that we have at home?
Coffee should be appropriate to the mode of preparation. For mocha (where the coffee should serpreparado over low heat to avoid burning) and the French press, the coffee coarser grind is recommended. Another tip: for those who like to cast, the capsules and / or sachets may be a solution to no waste of powder and prepare a single cup.
