MiamiMiami, Florida is a city where everyone can have some fun no matter what time it is. You can lie on the beach, go shopping, and of course fill your plate with some of the best cuisine in south Florida. A restaurant that you cannot pass up is Mosaico.

Mosaico is actually one of Miami’s most popular restaurants in the entire city. The dining room sits on the rooftop of an old refurbished firehouse. It sets the mood for whatever the occasion is and allows you to dine and eat some of the most delicious cuisine prepared by Chef Jordi Vallès.

Chef Vallès was born in Barcelona and has had experience cooking at El Bulli in Spain. He will prepare some modern Spanish dishes that may seem unusual to us at first – but will quickly become a delicacy. Some of his most famous dishes include duck breast with pink-pepper sabayon, and guava pate with cream cheese ice cream. Do not forget to sample something off of their extensive wine list that have some of the best vintage ports and sherries that Spain has to offer.
